LEGAL NOTICE<\/strong><\/h5>
\u00a7 1 Subject of the Agreement<\/h6>

Angel Success Consulting provides coaching, consulting, and mentoring services aimed at
scaling and developing entrepreneurs. Services may include digital content, live sessions,
individual consulting, and access to exclusive networks and events. All services are governed by
the laws of the United Arab Emirates. No guarantee of specific results is provided. <\/p>

\u00a7 2 Contract Formation<\/h6>

The contract becomes valid once a written agreement is signed or a purchase is completed via
the website or authorized partner platforms, and the Terms and Conditions are accepted.
Confirmation is provided via email. <\/p>

\u00a7 3 Scope of Services<\/h6>

The scope of services is defined solely by the selected program and its social description. Angel
Success Consulting reserves the right to adjust content while maintaining the overall nature of the
service. <\/p>

\u00a7 4 Usage Rights<\/h6>

All materials are protected by intellectual property rights. The client receives a non-transferable
right for personal use only. Violations result in a contractual penalty of \u20ac5,000. <\/p>

\u00a7 5 Access Credentials<\/h6>

Access credentials are con dential and may not be shared. Violations may result in immediate
termination of access without refund. <\/p>

\u00a7 6 Payment Terms<\/h6>

For all programs, especially high-ticket programs such as the Dubai Docs Fast Track,
Skillionairs annual program, the Implementation Program, and comparable services, the agreed fee must generally
be paid in full in advance. If, in individual cases, installment payments
have been agreed in writing, the client undertakes to pay all installments
on time. In the event of late payment, default interest of 10% per year as well as
reminder fees will be charged. Angel Success Consulting is entitled to forward claims to debt collection service providers,
with all costs to be borne by the client. <\/p>

\u00a7 7 Cancellation, Payment Default and Breach of Contract<\/h6>

An ordinary cancellation is only possible in writing and before services have been fully
delivered. In this case, Angel Success Consulting
retains the right to 50% of the agreed total fee. Payments already made
will be credited accordingly. There is no further entitlement to a refund.
If the client fails to meet payment obligations or unilaterally terminates the collaboration,
this constitutes a breach of contract. In this case, the entire agreed
fee of 100% becomes immediately due, regardless of whether services have already
been provided. Angel Success Consulting is entitled to stop services immediately and
initiate legal action. <\/p>

This obligation applies regardless of whether the client makes full use of the services.<\/p>

\u00a7 8 Non-Solicitation<\/h6>

Clients are prohibited from soliciting other participants. Violations result in a penalty of \u20ac5,000. <\/p>

\u00a7 9 Data Protection<\/h6>

Personal data is used solely for contractual purposes.<\/p>

\u00a7 10 Media Usage<\/h6>

The client agrees that audio and video recordings may be used for marketing purposes without
compensation. <\/p>

\u00a7 11 Company Formation Add-On<\/h6>

Company formation services are tied to a minimum contract duration. Early termination results in
immediate payment of applicable service fees. <\/p>

\u00a7 12 Governing Law and Jurisdiction<\/h6>

This agreement is governed by UAE law. Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the Dubai International
Financial Centre (DIFC Courts). This applies internationally and beyond contract termination. <\/p>

\u00a7 13 No Right of Withdrawal<\/h6>

No right of withdrawal applies as services are strictly B2B.<\/p>

\u00a7 14 Final Provisions<\/h6>

Amendments must be in writing. If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain
unaffected. <\/p>
