LEGAL NOTICE

§ 1 Subject Matter of the Contract
Angel Success Consulting offers professional coaching services aimed at empowering and educating entrepreneurs across various industries. The program provides participants with tools, knowledge, and networking opportunities to support success in their careers and businesses. The services include access to a variety of online courses, interactive live sessions, and exclusive events, and are subject to the trade regulations of the UAE. No guarantee of specific results or success is provided.

All disputes, differences, controversies, or claims arising out of or in connection with this contract, including (but not limited to) questions regarding its existence, validity, interpretation, performance, fulfillment, and applicable remedies, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Dubai International Financial Centre (“DIFC Courts”). This section shall survive the termination or expiration of this agreement.

§ 2 Conclusion of Contract and Purchase
The contract is deemed concluded as soon as both parties have confirmed receipt of the signed contract or a purchase has been made via the website www.angelsuccess.consulting or via the partner platforms Digistore, Copecart, or Ziina. Consent to the Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) is given either by checking a box during a purchase via Copecart, thereby confirming the declaration of consent, or through a signed agreement. Angel Success Consulting confirms the conclusion of the contract via email.

§ 3 Scope of Services
The coaching program from Angel Success Consulting includes access to various courses and services, which vary depending on the course booked. The specific course programs and content, as well as the respective scope of services, are described on the website www.angelsuccess.consulting and on the partner platforms Digistore, Copecart, and Ziina. These descriptions are binding and form the basis for the content of the contract. Changes to the scope of services of individual courses will be updated there and communicated to the participants.

1. Course Programs: Participants receive access to course programs covering topics such as business development, self-management, industry-specific trends, and customer loyalty. The exact contents are fully described on the product pages of the website and platforms, including learning objectives and modules.
2. Individual Scope of Services: Depending on the course booked, the scope of services may include practical exercises, worksheets, live sessions, exclusive events, and access to the online community. The exact scope is detailed on the product pages of the platforms and is binding.
3. Network and Community: Participants additionally benefit from a network of like-minded individuals and industry experts, accessible via a private community. The specific services are also described according to the course.

§ 4 Obligations of the Service Provider
Angel Success Consulting grants access to all courses, materials, and live sessions of the membership. Regular updates and new content are provided. Participants receive a non-transferable right of use for the content, which is for personal use only.

§ 5 Participant Access
Each participant receives personal access data for the online platform. Sharing these access credentials is prohibited and may lead to immediate suspension of access without a refund.

§ 6 Payment Terms
Angel Success Consulting offers monthly and annual payment plans. The full amount is to be paid before access to the services is granted. In the event of default, interest of 10% per annum will be charged, as well as a late fee of 200 AED. Third-party providers may be used for debt collection, with the costs to be borne by the participant.

§ 7 Data Protection
Personal data is collected exclusively for contract processing and the provision of relevant updates and will not be passed on to third parties without consent.

§ 8 Prohibition of Advertising among Participants
Participants are prohibited from approaching other members for business purposes. Violations will result in a contractual penalty of €5,000.

§ 9 Consent to the Use of Social Media
Participants agree that Angel Success Consulting may use audio and video recordings from sessions on social media. There are no claims to compensation.

§ 10 Intellectual Property and Copyright
All materials are the property of Angel Success Consulting and may only be used for personal use. Violations will result in a contractual penalty of €5,000.

§ 11 Additional Agreement for Company Formation Service in IFZA and other Freezones

11.1. Scope
Angel Success Consulting offers existing customers, as a free add-on, assistance with the formation of a company in the IFZA zone as well as in other selected freezones. No additional service fees are charged by Angel Success Consulting; only the official fees of the respective freezone are to be borne.

11.2. Binding to the Duration of Cooperation
The free company formation service applies exclusively during an active cooperation with Angel Success Consulting of at least one year.
If the customer terminates the cooperation of their own accord before the end of the agreed minimum term of one year, Angel Success Consulting reserves the right to retroactively invoice the regular service fee for the company formation.

11.3. Amount of the Retroactively Due Service Fee
The amount of the service fee is based on the current fee schedule and amounts to:

For company formation: 1,800 AED

For license renewal: 1,500 AED

For further individual services, such as applying for a Labor Card or visa renewal: from 800 AED

11.4. Due Date of Payment
The retroactive service fee becomes due for payment immediately upon termination of the cooperation without further notice.

11.5. Severability Clause
In all other respects, the general provisions of the T&Cs continue to apply unchanged.

§ 12 Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
This contract is subject to the laws of the UAE; the place of jurisdiction is Dubai.

§ 13 Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

This contract is subject to the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE). All disputes, differences, controversies, or claims arising out of or in connection with this contract, including (but not limited to) questions regarding its existence, validity, interpretation, performance, fulfillment, and applicable remedies, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Dubai International Financial Centre (“DIFC Courts”). § 14 Right of Withdrawal

This contract does not provide for a right of withdrawal, as the services of Angel Success Consulting are offered exclusively to entrepreneurs, companies, and freelancers in the commercial sector of the UAE. Persons classified as consumers or who use the services for personal, domestic, or non-commercial purposes are excluded from this contract.

§ 15 Final Provisions

1. There are no further side agreements. Amendments to this agreement must be made in writing.
2. Should any provision of this agreement be or become invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. The parties undertake to replace the invalid or unenforceable provision with one that comes closest to the intended purpose.
